Hello there! Post any quick screenshots of whatever Halo project you are or have been working on! Keep the posts short (massive packs of images can just become their own threads tbh), and don't be shy to ask for any assistance!

All Halo WIP images and .GIFs are welcome (renders included), as well as links to videos. Nothing unnecessary here, guys.

We may be adding a "The Studio" subforum (a la modacity) to the site later on. We'll probably do it under the User Lounge and make it generalized (so not halo specific), but we can use the topic prefixes (optional in The Studio) still so users can filter

If/when we do, I'll move this thread and rename it accordingly

Made the glass breakable, sorta dirty tho.

Model a plane, texture it with glass, set the hlmt to have health, make the detonation effect spawn glass shards, a jpt and another model that will be the remainder of the broken glass.
The reason for the jpt is so that you can overlay your glass over lockouts, and maybe null lockouts glass shader. The jpt will cause the sbsp glass to break.


If that's your dirty issue, that fixes your dirty problem.

That's almost exactly what i did before hand. I just called it dirty because its not how bungie would have done it.

Even though it isn't how Bungie would have done it, being dirty or not, the results are basically identical, so it shouldn't be an issue in-game.
