Correct.
The project is a little side thing for me to learn about a current generation engine and Cryengine2/3 is about as current as they get.
As for the plasma.
May the planet burn with the fury of the sanghelli ship masters wrath.

This is my third and final attempt at this model. I feel that the reason I lost interest before was because I didn't have much room for freedom. This will now be a "re-imagining" of The Pit so to speak (ie, new environment, etc.).

@Cobby, looking good. I miss my old Crysis. ;_;

Funny stuff there, neodos. Did you skin the sabre helmet or is that a new model altogether?

Oh god send that to bungie with a link to the site. Could be some good advertising and our friends at bungie actually care to see mods every once in a while...

Yeah new model, though just made it really quick for fun, seems like Entity 1.3C PMI works, very well.

I'm pretty sure they are aware of what those who mod do already. They like to incorporate things once only made possible by modders. For instance, the Halo 3/Reach screen capture tool with its fly cam, ability to freeze time, and the such. Or look at the multiplayer maps. Some of those remind me very much of some maps made by people of this community. They're aware. They just won't ever give people here credit because, well, they don't have to.

The flying Cam and Freeze time wasn't made by modders, only made them usable via trainer.(Correct?)

Fly cam is common to many games.
Freeze time is a hack.
