Then that likely means the site is no longer actively moderated. Alert the staff there via email or something.

Damn commies

A lot of spam bots from that region of the world register here but can't post (or get automatically banned by our filter). I started ip range banning them so the member list isn't just full of banned spam bots.

I haven't taken the time to really scrub the banned list for common ranges, so it's not totally complete. Plus, I mask the last two octets which chew up a lot of IPs.
