Yea, they will be conversions if/when I release them, right now I am working on the campaign, and yes it will be the full campaign.

Hey Blublaze, can you ever see the map you're editing in Arsenic? Me and a few others only see a blue screen, even when selecting the scenario file. It's hindering me from fixing alot of maps since I can't (or don't know how) to delete or add weapons/vehicles/etc.


Also, thanks Winger and Nintendo for those uploads. All are coming in handy. Look forward to seeing more

Blublaze94: a whole campaign mod(s) will be good. We havn't seen a SP mod since Silent Cartographer Marine Doom Mod & those (two?) SP mods with modded weapons
several years back. It would be nice if you throw the Flood around in other maps too where they don't normally appear just to make the gameplay challenging.

H1F, any update on a UI tutorial for editing certain images in the background and such? It'd be most helpful.

Hello, everyone. I have a small update for FloodGulchv2:
-fog removed (reduces some lag)
-Human Flood carrying Rocket Launcher now carry Plasma Rifle (reduces some lag, the map was too explosive for X-Box)

I still need to learn how to swap the sky for a different sky that doesn't cause slowdown. But, it is a bit better...

Hey Winger. I'll be putting up that tutorial as well this weekend. I have a perfect map example for it too, because changing the sky is exactly what fixed the map, no other changes needed. Also, I stuck a few of the maps you converted in our MC v2 and v3 mappacks. Check them out at the Dominater01 forums if you haven't already. And nice progress! I hope to make an AI v2 Mappack with your guys' help. I want to have Spartan AI bots on Chill Out, amongst other things. Anyway, I'll be putting up some tutorials and all links for old mappacks real soon

Hey, GoodFellaPro. The tutorial you mentioned will be helpful. I hope you make more tutorials even about other things, too. The more tutorials the better! And of course you're welcome to use the maps I converted and put them in your mappacks. I'm terrible in making a mappack lol. An A.I. mappack(s) sounds so exciting. We don't really have any "complete" A.I. mappacks for X-Box1.
Hey, I have a A.I. Map for "cillout.map" that I got from the old classic halo mods archive. It's called "Chillout Elites." It's just that. Elites in chillout. It's a lot of fun. There's plenty of Elite action with; Plasma Rifles, and Energy Swords.

*P.S.: Is there any way you can make a tutorial on adding A.I. into multiplayer maps? Not to go off topic, but, I'm trying to add A.I. into a map through Sapien. Compiling the map with Tool, then importing the map into Arsenic. After that load it's tags and then compressing it as an X-Box1 map. But, I think I goofed up something with my tags in Halo CE...Sorry if I'm going off topic.

Hey, it's me!

I felt like killing some elites, so I slapped a few into chillout.
They spawn without the need of vehicles, they're not morons, and..
everything good.

There are 4 teams of 3 elites:
The red elites are teamed up with player 1, the blue with player 2,
the black with player 3, and the gold with player 4. Each team has a
plasma rifle elite, a plasma pistol elite, and a sword elite. They
are all perfectly balanced.

12 elites in total.

These elites will kick your ass. If you get bored, invite 3 friends
over and have a 4 - team war by doing a free-for-all game, or try to
complete a game of ctf within 5 minutes or so.

Enjoy!

The included ppf patch is for the default.xbe and was created
by The Swamp Fox. The patch will support all the extra crap I put
into the map.

It's great to see others using Arsenic still. I remember the old school one pre-leak. The last version released was ridiculously amazing! Cluis and TSF were incredibly gifted Halo modders. I'll try to keep an eye out to help where I can. Also, I don't know if this was mentioned...(mainly because i'm not reading the entire 4 page convo) but when you deconstruct the map file (I forget what the actual name is), you can edit all the tags in guerilla. I think the newer version of Arsenic allows modification of tags but using guerilla was always solid. Just an FYI, if it wasn't already mentioned! Happy modding folks!

Hi, Kibito87. Any help you provide us will be great. At the moment I'm interested in AI Mods. If you can provide us with any tutorials with AI it would be very much appreciated! Of course Arsenic Tool tutorials
or any other tutorial to add AI in MP for Halo 1 Xbox :)/>/>

If I dig up enough time I could probably rough draft one out for you. I'll preface any tutorial with this: When you are using Arsenic to convert maps to xbox. What it is actually doing is allowing you to edit tags as you would with a Halo: Custom Edition map. So IF you have found or know of any AI tutorials online for HCE, you can also use those to aid in adding AI into your map. Once you decompile a map, it's in tag form... Which allows you to edit them as if you were creating a HCE map. Then you can use Arsenic to recompile the map for H1 Xbox. I'm not sure on any rules regarding linking to other sites but here's what a quick search brought up.

The second link which links to plasmaghost's tutorial I already tried. And I remember that I had trouble along the process. I think its with Tool and with my tag setup. If you create a detailed tutorial step by step, please take your time. With screenshots it would be great. I think it's my setup that is my problem. I probably didn't extract the tags with hek plus correctly or something. Thanks for your help.

A few weeks ago I tried pming Thinkreddie for help, but he hasn't responded back. He did the "Chillout Elites A.I mod" for Xbox1.

Very surprised to see people still convert ce to xbox


Ive used other apps but HMT was always my fav for converting maps.
